XI Open Retired Tournament has finished
After almost 6 months of hard and thrilling games, the XI Open Retired Tournament |http://www.opengames.com.ar/en/tournaments/2011/XI%20Open%20Jubilado%20Tournament} has finished. Our friend César Reyes Maldonado has reached to the championship, for pride of all Venezuelans.
Gran final donde Néstor de Argentina y ChessPoeta de Perú compartieron el segundo puesto. El título entonces viaja de Argentina a Venezuela.

March 2011 and December 2010 Chess Tournaments have finished
Jesús J is the new Opengames Chess Champion, winning March 2011 Tournament Jesús has played great games, defeating to the ex-champion Ariza and the runner-up César Reyes M., Our friend Cesar, from Venezuela, has gotten this second place thanks a brilliant triumph in a study endgame.
By the way, the unbeaten Worff has won the December 2010 tournament with a performance incredible. He didn't lose a game in the tournament and only did two draws in the last round, reaching 7 points of 8 available in this very difficult last round.

Champions match of Knight's Joust
Opengames invites you to see the match between the first Champion of Joust of Knights Philochess from Peru and the current champion César Reyes Maldonado from Venezuela at the Joust of Knights room Justa de Caballos.
The match has 6 games to 3 days per move, the same rules of the tournament. Both players have been dared to a duel like no other, and we are very interested about who will win. Tournament Benedicto Chess has finished
First Benedicto Chess Tournament has finished. César Reyes has won and he is the first Benedicto champion. He is Venezuelan and he has played the final agains the argentinian Rodrigo.

Álvaro is the new Retired Chess (Ajedrez Jubilado) champion.
We have a new champion of Ajedrez Jubilado. After 9 month, Álvaro is the new champion, who wins to 3 times champion Ariza, in July Open Jubilado Tournament with a hard end .
Congratulations Colombia! The crown now moves from Spain to coffe ground. Two playes (Álvaro and Juan Beltrán) from this wonderful country had to fight in the final round against the Spanish man.
